Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actor and singer from the United States. Her most acclaim was for her performance as Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). She also was the lead character in the feature film Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary in Florida with the mother and father Wendy and Ashley. The younger sister of her is Ally. Aubrey was a part of Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years during her youth. She was the valedictory speech of her class in Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University was willing to accept her. But, she declined the opportunity twice. The second time was because she wanted to play in Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). The actress was also seen in the film and television shows Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective as well as The Good Mother. She played a significant character in Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama Series in its second season. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview for NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples among the most talented actors under the age of twenty-one in September 2014.
